Chelsea vs Hull: Tips and prediction – 13.12.2014

By on December 12, 2014
Stamford Bridge will host one of the most unbalanced games of this weekend in Premier League. To be more precise, Chelsea will face Hull City in the 16th fixture of this campaign, Saturday from 15:00.
Chelsea are the main favorites in the title race, but their form suffered in the last weeks, proof that they won only four points in the past three league matches, losing their first game of the campaign as well. Mourinho’s side has 36 points and it is leading the table, with three more points than Manchester City and eight more than Manchester United. Cesc Fabregas is suspended and he will be replaced by Ramires.
Hull City are coming after a bad run, without victory in the last five league games. The Tigers won only 13 points so far and they are on the 18th place, the first one under the red line. Hull’s goal difference is an unimpressive one, with 15 goals scored and 21 conceded. They recorded a victory, four draws and three defeats if we talk about away games this stage in BPL.
Chelsea vs Hull probable lineups:
Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Courtois – Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry – Azpilicueta – Matic, Ramires – Willian, Oscar, Hazard – Costa.
Hull (4-4-1-1): Harper – Elmohamady, Chester, Dawson, Rosenior – Meyler, Livermore, Huddlestone, Quinn – Aluko – Jelavic.
Prediction: Chelsea -1.5 AH @ 1.55
Hull City will come here to fight for a draw, but it won’t be easy for them. The hosts are very strong in front of their own fans and we expect to see that on the scoreboard too, with Chelsea winning by a margin of at least two goals.
The best odds for Chelsea vs Wolfsburg: 1.18 – 8.00 – 18.00
