QPR vs Liverpool: Tips and prediction – 19.10.2014
QPR will host Liverpool in the first Premier League match of this Sunday. The first whistle of the game will be heard at 13:30, local time and the cormorans are coming to London to get the all three points.
Queens Park Rangers had a bad start o the season, winning only one game so far. After seven games played, the londoners are on the 20th place in Premier League and if they will continue to play this way probably we will see them in Championship next year. The home side has only four points right now and the weakest goal difference of the league, 4-15. Fuarlin will be the only one who will miss the match, while Joey Barton is in doubt.
Liverpool will not have a very easy mission here, altough they will face the worst team in the league. Gerrard & Co have only one option, the victory to be more precise. They didn’t start very well this new campaign, proof that they won only ten points out of 21. Daniel Sturridge was back in full training after six weeks but he suffered another injury and will be out for about four more weeks. In this case we expect Borini to partner Balotelli in the attack.
Liverpool confirmed their superiority in the last two games against QPR, winnind 3-0 away and 1-0 at Anfield Road two seasons ago.
QPR vs Liverpool probable lineups:
QPR (4-5-1): Green – Isla, Caulker, Ferinand, Traore – Hoilett, Fer, Sandro, Henry, Kranjcar – Austin
Liverpool (4-3-1-2): Mignolet – Johnson, Skrtel, Lovren, Moreno – Henderson, Leiva, Gerrard – Sterling – Borini, Balotelli
Prediction: Over 2.5 goals @ 1.70
We expect a very spectacular game, with a very offensive team of Liverpool. They have to get the all points in this match. More than that, QPR have one of the weakest defences in the league right now.
The best odds for QPR vs Liverpool: 5.50 – 4.20 – 1.67
