Spain vs Ukraine: Tips and prediction – 27.03.2015

By on March 27, 2015
Spain and Ukraine will face each other in a very interesting game of the Euro 2016 Qualifications, Group C. The kick-off will be this Friday from 19:45, the spanish side being in pole-position.

Spain have not impressed in this campaign, being on the second place right now. Ramos and his teammates have nine points out of 12 and a 13-3 goal difference, the best one in Group C. The spaniards lost against Slovakia almost six months ago, 1-2, so that’s why they are not leading the table. Another defeat means that Spain will be third in Group C.
Spain probable lineup: Casillas – Juanfran, Pique, Ramos, Alba – Fabregas, Busquets, Isco – Iniesta, Morata, Silva.
Spain missing players: Costa.

Ukraine started this campaign with a defeat, 0-1 against Slovakia at home, but after that they managed to win the next three matches, so they are back in business, fighting for an Euro 2016 place. The guests have nine points, same as Spain, but a weaker goal difference, 6-1 right now, with the best defence of this group after four matches.
Ukraine probable lineup: Pyatov – Fedetskiy, Khacheridi, Rakitskiy, Shevchuk – Stepanenko, Tymoshchuk – Yarmolenko, Oliynyk, Konoplyanka – Zozulya.
Ukraine missing players: Sydorchuk.

Prediction: 1 @ 1.38
We decided to not risk too much, so our bet is a simple one, victory for Spain, the odds being 1.38 at the moment, acceptable in our opinion, considering that the home side seems to be much superior.
The best odds for Spain vs Ukraine: 1.38 – 5.00 – 11.00
