By on November 11, 2014
One of the most interesting friendlies this week will take place in Turkey, Arda Turan and his teammates facing Brazil Wednesday from 18:30, UK Time. The south american side is starting in pole-position at bookmakers.
Turkey had a very bad start of the Euro 2016 qualifications, winning only one point from the first three matches. They scored two goals and conceded no fewer than six. The turkish side could miss again an international tournament after they watched from home World Cup 2014. Arda & co won the last three friendlies in fron of their own fans, 2-1 against Sweden and Belarus and 1-0 against Northen Ireland.
Brazil failed to win the World Cup last summer, even if they were the hosts. Neymar and his teammates are in a very good form, proof that they won all four friendlies after the World Cup, scorind eight goals without conceding. They won 1-0 against Colombia and Ecuador, 2-0 with Argentina and 4-0 vs Japan. Brazil won the last three away games.
Last time when Turkey met Brazil was seven years ago and they offered us a goalles draw. Turkey didn’t win a game against Brazil in four meetings.
Prediction: 2 @ 1.67
The turks are in a very bad form as we saw in the last months, while Brazil have a good moral after the last results, winning the last four matches without conceding a goal.
The best odds for Turkey vs Brazil: 5.00 – 3.80 – 1.67
